Mitchell's Oil Field Service, Inc. is a construction and trucking company, serving the oil and gas industry in the Williston BAsin of Montana and North Dakota. Formed in 1977, MOFS is headquartered in Sidney, Montana and has offices in both Glendive and Baker. The founder of the Company, Mr. Everett Mitchell, has developed an outstanding management team, and a loyal work force. Mr. Mitchell has been able to recruit and retain his workforce over the years through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) which now owns 48% of the Company.

MOFS provides the active operators in its market (Encore, Conoco-Phillips, Headington & Halliburton Services) with construction and maintenance service for oil and gas production leases (processing plants, oil tank batteries, lease roads and gathering lines). The Company is on a "first call" basis for all of its major customers. The trucking division moves and installs pump jacks, and also provides moving service for workover and shallow depth drilling rigs. About 90% of all work is done on a time and material basis.
